These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of this website and the booking of online medical consultations with Dr. Dalia Ghozlan.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies.
Country of Domicile & Governing Law
Egypt is our country of domicile. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
Accepted Payment Methods & Currencies
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and United States Dollars (USD). Transactions are securely processed through our certified payment provider, Kashier.
Eligibility & Prohibition of Minors
Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. A parent or legal guardian must book and attend consultations on behalf of any patient under 18 years of age.
Cardholder Records & Proof of Purchase
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, booking confirmations, and merchant policies and rules for future reference.
Sanctions & OFAC Compliance
We will NOT deal with or provide any services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries or prohibited entities, in full accordance with the applicable laws of Egypt.
Payment Security & Data Transmission
If you make a payment for our services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider (Kashier) via a secured connection with end-to-end encryption.
Booking Cancellation & Refunds
Consultation bookings can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided that the cancellation request is submitted prior to the scheduled consultation session (at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time). Once a consultation session has commenced or taken place, the service is deemed fully delivered and non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are not processed through an automated website feature; all cancellation requests must be sent directly to our support team via email (drdaliaghozlan.consultations@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+20 12 88000739) with your booking reference and patient name. All eligible cancellations within 14 days of purchase will be free of charge. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment and processed within seven (7) days of receiving the cancellation request, noting that the reflection timeline varies according to the card issuer policy.
Consultation Fulfillment & Scheduled Session Dates
Consultation session dates and times are determined based on the schedule chosen upon placing your booking. For online consultations, services are delivered electronically at the appointed session time. Session dates are scheduled appointments that may be adjusted in coordination with the patient should clinical scheduling or technical needs arise.
Nature of Online Medical Consultations
Online consultations provide professional, evidence-based clinical guidance, medical evaluation, and treatment recommendations. They are conducted based on the clinical information provided by the patient.
Not for Medical Emergencies
Online consultations are strictly not intended for acute, life-threatening, or severe medical emergencies. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
